Victoria, BC Canada — October 22, 2013 — Latitude Technologies, the premier global supplier of flight data management, flight following, and Satcom solutions for regional fleet operators, has announced that Latitude’s IONode ION4 lightweight flight data recorder and the SkyNode S200 voice and data transceiver have been selected by Viking Air Limited for OEM installation on Viking’s Twin Otter Series 400 aircraft. The first IONode ION4 and SkyNode S200 installations by Viking have already been completed and Latitude’s equipment is now in service in Southeast Asia, Africa, and North America.
